I've had so much free time since kicking the Instagram habit that I've been able to rediscover old passions, like picking up my guitar and stretching my pipes.

I'm no stranger to the challenges of sobriety, but I truly feel that the social media dopamine loop is as powerful as my any of my other prior addictions.
